Girl Scout troop was first organized by Juliette Gordon. She had formed this troop in on March 12, 1912. It was charted by United States government in year 1950. It was discovered to provide empowerment to girls. Field trips and national tours are organized by authority for girls and these girls are called as scout. It is very important initiative by government to provide empowerment to girls in country. It is organized to provide foundation of some good culture and antiques that are helpful for them in their life. They provide training for becoming a good leader, good decision maker and other improvement on social front that are to be there in girls for their own protection. It is compulsory in schools for the girls to be a part of scout up to certain standard. After that it becomes optional for them to be a scout or not. Girls scout go for tour and trips to different countries and also across country. Badge is provided to the scout as per the level of seniority and different other opportunities that are achieved by them very well.

Girl Scout Badge Placement is done on the uniform with some particular procedure. There are awards, badges; insignia are presented only after scouts have completed their requirement of wining those awards. There are different scout uniform as per the seniority level of scout and awards or badges are to worn by them if they have won any or have done certain achievement. There are 10 million scouts in 145 countries of world. This organization is working in entire world and interested girls are benefitted with many things if they are part of it for long time. Scouts have to perform on national festivals to show others what they are meant for and what they are doing. They have to do many social works as ordered by their authority they are trained to help people socially during the time of any problem in any state of country like floods, earth quake etc. Girl Scout Badge Placement is done on the uniform of scout on shoulder and on pockets. Scout is presented by cross belt on their shirt and all badges are placed on it. Higher officials present these badges to scouts as per their ability and achievement. Every girl should join scouts to enhance their ability and skills in different fields. Number of activities session is done by scouts to develop their ability more and more.
